1E delivers software and services that improve IT efficiency by identifying and reducing costs and waste in hardware, software, energy and time.
During a two year period tda interiors south worked alongside 1E to understand their growth progression and building aspirations.
Space became available in their existing building and the decision was taken to refurbish their existing floor and expand into another.
Taking on a shell and core floor and introducing new services to both needed careful planning and co-ordination.
15,000 sq ft completed in just 12 weeks was delivered on time in budget including all new furniture.
