A consolidation of large proportions - tda interiors collected design data and conducted inventories of 4 separate business units that were located in different areas of Hong Kong. tda produced a full proposal for consolidating 27,000 sq ft of space in One Island East.
This project was challenging; tda was given the task of designing and building 80% of the fit-out as Phase 1 in just 5 weeks. The need was to work carefully with the client to ensure a high value fit-out for a competitive budget.
The project was completed on time and within budget to a very high standard.
