tda interiors was appointed by BOS International to create a contemporary high-end looking office space. The challenge was to make the small reception area look spacious and inviting and create a feel of connectivity with the rest of the office.
The design plays on contrasts between dark and light, creating a dramatic visual effect that is balanced by light surfaces in various materials and textures.
A counter with glass panels above, physically separating the reception area from the sophisticated pantry breaks down the visual boundary between the two spaces.
Interesting pendant lamps, acoustic art panels and a burgundy leather bench in the reception area make the reception special and inviting without occupying precious space. A beautiful fabric laminated glass panel creates privacy for the meeting room yet lets the daylight into the reception area.
The project was completed in 5 weeks on site with only 2 weeks of design process ahead of the construction stage.
