The strip out, refurbishment and fit out of an existing Rank portfolio building was the brief undertaken for British Bakeries.
New mechanical electrical and data installations together with complete fit out and furniture procurement were included with tda works.
Other areas included wholesale move management and external landscaping.British Bakeries had been in their previous HQ for nearly 20 years and the process was one which required consideration to client working practices and staff concerns.
