Working side by side with both the clients representative and the landlords representative, tda interiors south designed & constructed a new HQ office for BCA in Farnham.
Having established that the building would need to accommodate a large data centre, tda interiors south addressed the incoming power and upgrade necessities by working alongside local utilities and planning departments to achieve the standard required.
The building was taken back to shell and core to allow the installation of new services including mechanical, power & data etc.
This 20,000 sq ft design and build challenge was coupled together with the construction of a curtain walling extension for a large break out area. This project was completed within 16 weeks on time and to specification.
