tda’s brief was to design an elegant and contemporary office for CBRE’s move into Central District. This was to be a landmark project for CBRE further strengthening their presence in Asia.
The challenges for the project included aiming for LEED Gold Certification, which is still in progress at this time, as well as a very tight time frame for a design consultancy through to contractor tender process.
We worked closely with representatives from CBRE Senior Management, CBRE’s LEED Consultant–as well as with their project management team. tda produced a very detailed tender package to enable a clear tender process and assisted the PM team with the tender analysis process.
Feedback from the completed project has been very high in praise of an excellent design and a high level of commitment from tda throughout the project press.
