Rolling refurbishment of 150,000 sq.ft office building including three areas of work.

Conversion of undercroft car park into high profile reception, café and meeting facilities. Included installation of a mezzanine floor and 5m high architectural glass.

Refurbishment of 10 No floors of WCs. To include floor to ceiling height veneer cubicles, slate vanity units and flooring.

Refurbishment of office floors including new services throughout and state of the art under floor air-conditioning to enable the installation of a raised floor, air-conditioning and suspended ceiling.
