Following the successful refurbishment of Units 1 and 2 Quay Point, tda were again commissioned to undertake a further 25,000 sq ft refurbishment on the same site, this time Units 4, 5 and 6.
An exacting timescale of just 8 weeks allowed for the construction team at tda to demonstrate their ability to raise to any given challenge, transforming a tired building into a desirable letting space, including a new heating and cooling system.
