tda have managed to adapt a Victorian building and tailor it to reflect the Pret shop experience. Their workplace embraces a twenty-first century feel to incorporate the Victorian architecture.
The building had been completely gutted and at all times tda had to negotiate with Railtrack to adhere to the tenant obligations in Victoria station.
Works have included the installation of a new air-conditioning system, staircase, specialist finishes raised floors, specialist lighting and the integration of a fire alarm system, in keeping with the other tenants within the railway station.
