This project is a renovation of the existing 39/F and a new office environment on the 43/F in Gloucester Tower in the prestigious Landmark development in Central.
The project involved a complete new image for our client – the brief was to create a fresh, modern, contemporary law office with attention given to important practicalities such as storage, filing and a large number of meeting rooms.
The construction work was split over several phases using our stringent standards for project and construction management to ensure site safety, quality workmanship and timely delivery of an outstanding office environment.
