tda were invited to partner with CityWest Homes to establish their new offices in Belgravia.
The project comprised fitting out 2 floors of a high quality refurbished office building.
With a floor to ceiling height of 3.6 m, this presented an interesting challenge on the ground floor where high quality joinery and glazing features were installed.
The client was moving away from City Hall and wanted to achieve independence and a modern working environment.
tda's responsibility included all fit out elements as well as procurement of all offices facilities and furniture.
